Reduce downtime, stay reliable, and get managed IT support that treats your technology as mission-critical — because for your business, it is.
Bilingual-friendly managed technology support for growing small businesses.
When your email goes down, your team stops communicating. When your Wi-Fi fails, your point-of-sale stops working. When your printer won't connect, your shop can't produce paperwork. When a vendor system goes offline, your workflow stalls.
These aren't just tech inconveniences — they're operational disruptions with real costs. Forged Legacy provides managed technology support designed to prevent these problems before they interrupt your day.
Everything your small business needs to stay operational, secure, and supported — without the overhead of an in-house IT team.
Ongoing support for your systems, devices, and users. A dedicated technology partner you can call when something goes wrong.
Scheduled updates, patch management, and system health checks that reduce the chance of unexpected failures.
Reliable internet and wireless infrastructure designed and maintained for business operations, not home use.
Email, Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 licensing managed for your team so collaboration tools actually work.
Business data backup solutions and continuity planning so you can recover from hardware failure, ransomware, or human error.
We work with your software vendors, ISP, and equipment providers on your behalf so you don't spend hours on hold.
Auto repair shops, dealerships, and service centers where shop management software, printers, and scheduling tools are business-critical.
Dental practices, law offices, and professional services firms where patient or client data security and system uptime are non-negotiable.
Salons, contractors, retail, and other service businesses that rely on scheduling, billing, and communications tools to serve customers.
We know your business and your systems. You talk to a person who understands your operation, not a different technician every time.
No jargon. No runaround. We explain what's happening, what we're doing, and what to expect — in plain language.
Our goal is to keep your systems running, not just fix them after they break. Prevention is the priority.
Cybersecurity that fits a small business. We don't oversell or overcomplicate — we implement what actually protects you.
Structured support tiers, documented systems, and consistent processes. No guessing what's covered or how to reach us.
We serve the Spanish-speaking small business community in the Salt Lake City area with the same level of professional technology support.
A technology assessment gives you a clear picture of what's working, what's at risk, and what can be improved — at no obligation.
Request a Technology AssessmentStructured, ongoing technology support that keeps your business running — not emergency repair when everything has already broken.
These services are delivered on an ongoing basis through a managed services agreement — not one-time fixes.
Day-to-day helpdesk support for your team, devices, and systems. Submit tickets through approved channels and get consistent, documented responses.
Scheduled patch management, Windows and software updates, system health monitoring, and device management to prevent failures before they happen.
User account management, email configuration, license management, Teams and SharePoint setup, and ongoing M365 support for your organization.
Business-grade Wi-Fi management, router and switch support, network documentation, and ISP coordination for your internet connectivity.
Managed backup for business-critical data, backup health monitoring, and continuity planning guidance to protect your operation from data loss.
Antivirus management, endpoint protection, MFA configuration, security recommendations, and practical cybersecurity guidance for your team.
Managed services cover ongoing support and maintenance. Projects — larger scoped engagements with defined deliverables — are quoted and invoiced separately from your managed support agreement.
This protects both parties. You know exactly what your managed agreement covers, and you receive a clear quote before any project work begins.
Project work is in scope for managed clients first. Active managed clients receive priority scheduling and preferential project rates.
A technology assessment is the right starting point. We'll review your environment and tell you exactly what we see.
Request a Technology AssessmentA managed support agreement means we proactively manage your technology environment — not just respond when something breaks.
Plans are structured around your business complexity, not just device count. Contact us for current pricing — all agreements are customized.
For small businesses with straightforward technology needs — email, a few workstations, and basic networking. You get consistent support without the overhead of a full managed services program.
For businesses where technology downtime has a direct cost. We actively monitor, maintain, and manage your environment to catch problems before they become outages.
For growing businesses with complex environments — multiple locations, servers, or a team that depends on technology for every customer interaction.
Every support request is assigned a priority based on business impact. Response targets are goals — not guaranteed resolution times.
Non-urgent issues, how-to questions, and minor inconveniences that do not interrupt business operations.
Issues affecting one or more users that reduce productivity but do not halt business operations entirely.
Complete system failure, active security incident, or loss of access that prevents business from operating.
Response means we are working on it. A response may include reviewing the request, starting triage, requesting required information, communicating next steps, or beginning remediation. Response targets are not guaranteed resolution timelines. Resolution time depends on the nature and complexity of the issue. Read the full Support Expectations page →
Managed support is structured and scoped. It is not a blanket unlimited service agreement. Understanding these boundaries helps us maintain quality and reliability for all clients.
Standard support hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. After-hours support is not automatically included and must be stated explicitly in your agreement.
True emergencies — complete outages, active security incidents — may qualify for after-hours response depending on your plan.

Request a Technology AssessmentForged Legacy Technology Services was created because small businesses deserve the same quality of technology support that large organizations take for granted.
Most small business owners didn't start their business to manage IT problems. They started it to do the work — fix cars, serve clients, care for patients, run their shop. But technology is woven into every part of how a business operates today.
When technology fails, the business pays the price. Lost hours, frustrated customers, missed revenue, and security exposure are all real costs that many small businesses carry quietly — without a reliable technology partner to help prevent them.
Forged Legacy was built to change that. We bring enterprise-grade thinking to small business reality: practical, relationship-driven, bilingual-friendly managed technology support.
Deliver dependable, bilingual-friendly managed technology support that helps small businesses operate reliably, securely, and with confidence.
To be the trusted operational technology partner for small businesses in the Salt Lake City area — known for reliability, clear communication, and long-term relationships.
You should be able to count on your technology and on us. Consistent, dependable support — not heroics followed by silence.
We explain what's happening, what we're doing, and what to expect. In plain language. Without jargon or runaround.
Emergency repair is expensive and disruptive. Our goal is to prevent problems before they cost you time, money, or customers.
Documented systems, consistent processes, and structured support tiers. Not ad hoc fixes that create new problems.
We want to understand your business and grow with you — not replace ourselves every time a ticket closes.
The Spanish-speaking small business community in Salt Lake City deserves professional technology support in their language. We provide it.

Understanding what a response means, and what to expect from the support process.
When Forged Legacy acknowledges or responds to a support request, that response may include any of the following actions — not necessarily a completed fix.
We review the ticket and assess the reported issue.
We determine priority, impact, and initial steps.
We may request additional details to properly diagnose the issue.
We communicate next steps, estimated timelines, and any constraints.
Active work begins. Resolution time depends on complexity.
Response time targets are goals, not guarantees. Actual resolution time depends on the nature, complexity, and root cause of the issue. Some problems are resolved in minutes. Others require vendor coordination, parts procurement, or extended diagnosis. We communicate status throughout the process.
All support requests must be submitted through the approved channels defined in your managed services agreement. Approved channels may include a support ticket portal, a dedicated support email, or a support phone number.
Personal text messages, social media messages, and unofficial contact methods are not approved support channels and do not guarantee a response or create a support obligation. Use your designated support channel to ensure your request is properly tracked and prioritized.
Understanding when after-hours support applies and what qualifies as a true emergency.
Forged Legacy's standard support hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mountain Time.
After-hours support is not automatically included in managed agreements unless explicitly stated in writing. If your business requires after-hours coverage, that must be negotiated and documented in your service agreement.

Not every technology problem is an emergency. True after-hours emergencies are events that completely prevent business operations and cannot wait until the next business day.
Total loss of internet connectivity affecting all business operations — not a slow connection or single device issue.
A core business system is unavailable for multiple users and business operations cannot continue without it.
Suspected ransomware, active breach, or security incident requiring immediate containment action.
Complete network failure affecting multiple users or locations — not isolated connectivity problems.
Core server, firewall, or network appliance failure that stops business from operating.
When in doubt, wait until business hours. If your business can operate — even in a reduced capacity — the issue should be submitted through standard support channels the next business day. After-hours emergency response is reserved for complete operational failures, not inconveniences.
